Privacy Policy
research.haus is a small, admin-controlled tool with a limited set of users — this policy is intentionally brief and reflects that scope, not a large public product.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We otherwise store what you do inside the app (e.g. your role, and — as features land — the entities, reports, and queries you interact with).
How it's used
Solely to operate research.haus: identifying you, enforcing admin/viewer access, and personalizing what you see. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to running this tool.
Who processes it
Google/Firebase (authentication), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (the chat/synthesis features, once built) each handle data as part of making the app work. None of them are given access beyond what's needed for that role.
Retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. To request deletion, contact the address below.
